Effective as of November 8, 2023, BML Wealth Management and ANTEATER SPORTS PROPERTIES, LLC entered into an agreement wherein BML Wealth Management is the recipient of certain sponsorship rights, including use of the designations “Official Wealth Management Sponsor of UC Irvine Athletics”, “Official Wealth Management Partner of UC Irvine Athletics”, “Official Sponsor of UC Irvine Athletics”, and “Official Partner of UC Irvine Athletics” and other University of California – Irvine trademarks for use in BML Wealth Management advertising. In connection therewith BML Wealth Management may also receive other benefits, including advertising placements on University of California – Irvine Athletics websites, advertisements at University of California – Irvine Athletics events, and promotional events at University of California – Irvine Athletics events. As consideration for this arrangement and the aforementioned benefits, BML Wealth Management is obligated to pay ANTEATER SPORTS PROPERTIES, LLC, per the terms of such arrangement, a fee of $10,000.00 per year until terminating the agreement.
