Alexandra Chavdarov brings a hands-on, client-first approach and more than 5 years of operations leadership to her role as Operations Manager at BML Wealth Management. A graduate of California State University, Fullerton with a B.A. in Business Management, Alexandra has a strong background in office operations, HR support, onboarding, vendor and expense management, and executive administrative support. She oversees daily office functions, leads and develops the operations team, manages onboarding and training, and partners with senior leadership to implement business strategies that optimize performance and support the firm’s long term vision.

Professional and strategic, Alexandra pairs operational rigor with an intensely warm, empathetic leadership style. She values building meaningful relationships with her team and clients, enjoys coaching and mentoring others, and is known for her compassionate, people-first approach to problem solving.

Outside of work, Alexandra is a passionate traveler and self proclaimed foodie who loves live music, (especially 70s classics) and exploring new restaurants and experiences. She brings that same curiosity and enthusiasm for learning to her work, always seeking ways to improve processes and elevate the client and employee experience.
