At BML, Natalie has worked across all key areas of the firm, including onboarding, marketing, client services, compliance, and more, providing her with a well-rounded understanding of the firm’s operations and the industry as a whole.

In her role, Natalie not only leads employee management but also collaborates with the owner on strategic planning and budget management, ensuring the firm’s goals are aligned with its long-term vision.
